Summer School on Multidisciplinary Ageing Research

July 25 – August 12, 2016

Organized by the International Office the University of Cologne
in collaboration with

  • the Center for Molecular Medicine Cologne (CMMC)
  • the Cologne Center of Excellence (CECAD)
  • the Graduate School „Wohlbefinden bis ins hohe Alter“


Target group:

  • International students of partner universities of the University of Cologne and Santander Universities
  • Disciplines: Life Science, Medicine, Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biotechnology and Bioinformatics
  • Study level: Advanced bachelor students, master students in their first year

Their aim is to provide state-of-the art knowledge in the rapidly developing field of ageing research and to share experience. By providing insight in their research areas fruitful discussions will be initiated.
