Participants will become familiar with the two most important guidelines for biomedical researchers in Germany, those issued by the DFG and by the association of European scientific academies. Obligations and rights of scientists, supervisors and institutions will be discussed based on real examples.

Workshop True Data – How to produce high quality research results

More than half of all published research findings cannot be reproduced. Participants will learn about root causes of poor data robustness and how they can increase chances that their own research is reproducible. They will also learn how to recognize robust data in publications.
