Dear interested members of the Life Science Community at the UoC, 

We warmly invite you and your team to the CMMC Annual Retreat 2027, taking place on January  25 – 26, 2027 at the "Katholisch-Soziales Institut“ on the Michaelsberg in Siegburg. As in previous years, members of the CMMC Junior Faculty will organize the scientific program. 

We sincerely thank:  Hormos Dafsari -  Felix Hoyer - Elisa Motori - Débora Trentini for their time and great dedication.

The program will feature short talks by principal investigators and two-minute flash talks and poster sessions presented by CMMC members, and one keynote lecture. We encourage CMMC members - especially PhD students and Postdocs, to contribute and share their work.

• Start: Monday -  Jan. 25, 2027 at 10.00 a.m.
• End: Tuesday -  Jan. 26, 2027 at 4.00 p.m.
• Venue: Conference Side of the "Katholisch-Soziales Institut", Bergstraße 26, 53721 Siegburg (www.ksi.de)
• Transportation: Bus Shuttle will run from the CMMC Research Building to Siegburg on Jan. 25, 2027 and return to Cologne on Jan. 26, 2027
• Accommodation: Overnight accommodation will be provided for January 25 - 26, 2027

Every three years, we hold the CMMC Annual Retreat outside Cologne, offering a special opportunity to share ideas and connect with colleagues in a different setting. Some of you may remember the venue from our CMMC Annual Retreat 2024.
