Join us and take part in the CMMC Art Project 2025
Hello, dear participants,
We are pleased to introduce Nourhan Hassan - a postdoctoral fellow in the Niemann Group at the CMMC Center for Molecular Medicine Cologne.
Nourhan has come up with a great idea that we’re excited to share with you - the CMMC Art Project 2025: This project is all about you and your own scientific perspective. Her vision is to invite each of you to contribute a small, personalized square to a shared canvas. Each of you has the opportunity to create a small square on the big canvas - be it a drawing, a cartoon, an image, a symbol, or a quote. Use whatever colors you like and show us what your research means to you, express your passion for your research project and/or biomedical science, or simply let your personality shine through …
At the end of the CMMC Annual Retreat 2025, all these individual squares will fuse to one vibrant, collective piece of art. This artwork will not only capture the individual and creative spirit but also serve as a symbol of the CMMC’s core mission: creativity, collaboration, inter- and multidisciplinarity, teamwork and a shared drive for innovation in biomedical research. It will also demonstrate that your contribution is an essential piece of a larger puzzle.
