CMMC NEW GENE

We are a PhD student initiative dedicated to fostering interaction and exchange among the diverse research groups within the CMMC. Our mission is to create opportunities for PhD students and Postdocs to connect, collaborate, and share their research in a supportive environment.

Our events highlight the ongoing research projects across different groups, offering insight into the innovative work happening at the CMMC. Additionally, we feature “out of the box” presentations on fun and engaging topics, encouraging creativity and fresh perspectives outside of the usual academic focus.

We are organising regular events that usually take place on the last Thursday of the month. The events should provide a relaxed and informal platform for networking, where you can connect with fellow researchers, exchange ideas, chit-chat and build valuable relationships. To make it even more fun, we are be providing food and drinks after the seminar talks.

Whether you are newly starting at CMMC or an old colleague, everyone is welcome to join our events. We believe that by coming together, we can create a stronger, more connected community.
