Flow Cytometry
1. FACS Canto I (6 colours)

- Measurement of 8 parameters: 6 fluorescence detectors, FSC and SSC
- 2 lasers: Blue (488nm), Red (635nm)
- Recommended fluorochromes:
- FITC and Alexa Fluor 488 (FL1 channel)
- PE (FL2)
- PerCP, PerCP-Cy5.5 for FL3 channel
- PE-Cy-7 for FL4 channel
- APC or Alexa 647 for FL5 channel
- APC-H7, APC-Cy7 for FL6 channel
Reserved for measurement of GenTec S1 and S2 classified samples.
2. FACS Calibur (4 colours)

FACS Calibur
- Measurement of 6 parameters: 4 fluorescence detectors, FSC and SSC
- 2 Lasers: Blue (488nm), Red (635nm)
- Recommended fluorochromes:
- FITC and Alexa Fluor 488 (FL1 channel)
- PE (FL2)
- PerCP, PE-Cy5, PerCP-Cy5.5 and PE-Cy7 for FL3 channel
- APC and Alexa 647 for FL4
Please note that Pe-Cy5 and APC should not be used simultaneously on FACS Calibur. Reserved for measurement of fluorescence-labelled bacteria, GenTec S1.
3. FACS Canto II (8 colors)

- Measurement of 10 parameters: 8 fluorescence detectors, FSC and SSC
- 3 lasers: Violett (405nm), Blue (488nm), Red (635nm)
- Recommended fluorochromes:
- FITC and Alexa Fluor 488 (FL1 channel)
- PE (FL2)
- PerCP, PerCP-Cy5.5 for FL3 channel
- PE-Cy-7 for FL4 channel
- APC or Alexa 647 for FL5 channel
- APC-H7, APC-Cy7 for FL6 channel
- BV421 for FL7 channel
- BV510 for FL8 channel
Reserved for measurement of GenTec S1 and S2 classified samples.
Cytometry based cell sorter
FACS ARIA III (8 colours)

- Measurement of 9 parameters: 7 fluorescence detectors, FSC and SSC
- 2 lasers: Blue (488nm), Red (633nm)
- Sorting into different tubes, well plates and onto microscope slides
- Sorting of GenTec S1 and S2 classified samples is possible.
- Recommended fluorochromes:
- FITC and Alexa Fluor 488 (FL1 channel)
- PE (FL2)
- PerCP, PerCP-Cy5.5 for FL3 channel
- PE-Cy-7 for FL4 channel
- APC or Alexa 647 for FL5 channel
- APC-H7, APC-Cy7 for FL6 channel

Tissue dissoziation
OctoMACS (dissoziation of human and animal tissues into single cells for downstream applications)

The OctoMACS Dissociator with Heaters is equipped with several programs for fully automated tissue dissociation into single-cell suspensions, including:
- Mouse or human tumor
- Mouse or rat neonatal heart
- Neural tissue
- Mouse spleen, lung, lamina propria, epidermis, or liver
- Mouse or rat skeletal muscle
