We are pleased to announce the winners of the 7th BioRiver Boost! 2020 that took place on October 02, 2020 organized by BioRiver - Life Science im Rheinland e.V. - a regional business association for biotech and life science industry focusing on the Metropolian Area Rhineland in North Rhine Westfalia (NRW).
BioRiver Boost! Life science start-up companies presented their business to the jury of industry representatives and investors. Following Life Science Start Ups participated in the competition: Actome - Freiburg • ATIVAA - Bielefeld • attyloid -Düsseldorf • CASC8 - Belgium • Dermanostic - Düsseldorf • Ningaloo - Cologne • PerAGraft - Aachen • PolyGlyco - Bonn
BioRiver selected three innovative therapeutic and diagnostic approaches as winners of the BioRiver Boost start-up competition! 2020The winners of the BioRiver Boost start-up competition! 2020
PerAGraft (Aachen) which focuses on patient-individualised implants for the treatment of complex cardiovascular diseases, was awarded 1st place as best start-up 2020. The second and third places were taken by Dermanostic (Düsseldorf) and CASC8 (Belgium).
The expert jury evaluated the best business model after short presentations and subsequent technical discussions. As a prize, the three winning teams will receive a tailor-made workshop on business development, marketing support and access to the BioRiver network.
