Welcome

Dear CMMC Members

It is a great pleasure for us to welcome you and your group members at CMMC Annual Retreat taking place from Jan. 26 - 27, 2017 at the Tagungsstätte „Park-Hotel Nümbrecht“. The retreat starts on Thursday - Jan. 26, 2017 at 11 a.m. and ends on Friday - Jan. 27, 2017 presumably at 1.00 p.m.

We looking forward to a highly interactive meeting.

Program: short talks and poster presentation

Over 46 research groups, five core facilities, the IPMM program complemented by additional research related activities are supported and integrated in the CMMC.

Based on a rotation system every year, a limited number of project groups are invited to present a progress report. To further facilitate the scientific exchange within the CMMC all CMMC project leaders and heads of the core facilities are invited to present a poster during the CMMC poster sessions. The poster sessions will take place during the coffee and lunch breaks at the foyer directly in front of the seminar room.

Key Note Lecture: Prof. Dr. Klaus-Armin Nave - MPI for Exp. Medicine, Göttingen, DE

We are delighted to announce that Prof. Dr. Klaus-Armin Nave (MPI for Exp. Medicine, Göttingen) accepted our invitation to participate in the Annual Retreat as honoary key note lecturer. The Key Note Lecture with following title: Powering Axons: a Novel Function of Oligodendrocytes will take place on Jan. 26, 2017 at 6.00 p.m.
